 Joined the institution in 2011 as a lecturer. I was promoted to head of department in 2013 and began to act as head of faculty in 2014.
 As acting head, I was tasked with raising standards of student attainment and achievement within the whole curriculum area and monitor and support student progress.
 Accountable for student progress and development within the subject area.
 Developed and enhanced the teaching practice of others.
 Ensuring the provision of an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students studying in the faculty, in accordance with the school's aims and curricular policies.
 Was accountable for leading, managing and developing the subject/curriculum area. Managed effectively and deployed teaching/support staff, financial and physical resources within the faculty to support the designated curriculum portfolio.
 As the head of department, I supervised 10 staff members,
 Planning of academic calendar, and preparation of curriculum.
 Conduct weekly meetings with staff to review student’s performance, progress and related issues that affect the delivery of the programme.
 As a lecturer, my duties included organizing lectures, tutorials and material for a fourteen-week semester.

 Overall, general management and development of the student body, co-lecturers and the preservation of academia’s sanctity.
 In 2008 as a Principal Lecturer: I supervised 15 members of staff
 Problem solving on a day-to-day basis, situations that arise within the institution i.e., Student/staff punctuality, discipline and general assistance.
 Coordinate staff meeting agenda and insuring the attendance of all staff members.
 In 2007 as a Lecturer: Supervised up to 40 students at a time, in lectures, tutorials and general university activities. Assisting in lecturing up to 6 different modules 24hrs throughout a week, while also planning and attending activities for students.
